Chapter Fourteen

Olivia braced herself against Isaac’s shoulders, her nails digging into his firm skin. The new angle drove him against her G-spot. He tensed beneath her, and she knew he wanted to move faster, but she wouldn’t let him. She kept each stroke slow and measured, though it took every ounce of her self-control. She felt tender and sensitive, and each thrust created a sharp friction that electrified her muscles. It was almost—but not quite—too much for her to tolerate.

Their gazes met, and her image reflected back from his brown depths. She rocked away, letting him fill her completely. Before she could move again, he pinched her clit lightly between his thumb and forefinger. She gasped, all thoughts of control fleeing as he shifted his hips, pulling away from her and then slamming forward. He pistoned his hips, thrusting into her quickly until she arched her back and moaned his name. Was it her sixth orgasm? Her seventh for the night? Olivia had lost track. She only knew her muscles were watery, her lungs burned, and her throat was sore. And she felt fucking fantastic.

She collapsed on his chest, exhaustion clouding her brain. She hoped Isaac was comfortable, because she didn’t intend to move. Ever. She just wanted to lay on his slick chest and listen to his heartbeat as it slowed, and let his steady breathing lull her. When he ran his hands down her back, she sighed softly. She opened her mouth to tell him how amazing he was, but the phone interrupted her.

His, not hers.

“You are not answering that.”

“Hadn’t planned on it.” His mouth grazed over her temple. “That requires moving.”

“Good.” After a few seconds, the bedroom was silent again. She closed her eyes, unable to hold back her content smile. Sleeping in Isaac’s arms the night before had been surprisingly nice, but this was so much better. The phone burst into life again as she drifted into sleep. “Who is calling at you three in the morning?”

“Nobody ever calls me at this hour, except…” His voice trailed off as his eyes opened to meet her exasperated gaze. “It’s gotta be Nathan. I should probably get it.”

She sighed, but she didn’t move. “Do you have to? Can’t he just leave a message like a normal person?”

The corner of his mouth lifted, and he buried his face in her neck. “Okay. This time, we’ll be normal people. Go back to sleep.”

Olivia closed her eyes once the phone stopped again, but she didn’t even have a chance to take a breath before the phone started ringing a third time. “He is not going to give up, is he?” With an annoyed sigh, she rolled away from him. “Tell him to call you back.”

Isaac leaned to the side and stretched over the edge of the bed in order to retrieve his jeans. Coins jingled in his pocket as he pulled out the phone, but he didn’t straighten back up as he answered it.

“Call me back tomorrow,” he barked without a normal greeting.
